Can recommend for a date night

Clean room, comfortable bed, with free Wi-Fi and a variety of breakfast options that got us off to a good start for our adventures exploring local attractions.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

We got outstanding services and an updated, functional room with towels.

The location was unattractive.

The hotel is definitely recommended to family. It's exceptionally comfortable property, everything was perfectly fine. The building is nice and the rooms are a nice size. The service is outstanding, includes good parking;))

The friendly front desk staff made my stay particularly enjoyable, and the room's cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I was disappointed with the outdated furniture in my room.

It was peaceful.

A bit shabby . . . places where carpet was loose, dirty fingerprints on frig and garbage/dust under bed.

Unfortunately very dirty room. We were offered another room also dirty.

Good hot buffet breakfast.Several restaurants close to the hotel. Quiet room.

Pool was out of order during our two night stay, which was a great dissappointment especially for kids.Far from the city center.

The furniture in the room shows signs of age, with an oddly musty smell in the couch. The shower's water pressure leaves much to be desired, resulting in an uneven experience with more water coming from the spout than from the showerhead, which isn't ideal after a long day. The laundry facility's limited hours were a letdown-finding it closed at 8 PM wasn't exactly convenient for a traveler needing to wash work clothes.

The staff (esp Scott) at this Quality Inn was excellent! The best I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to give us the best service and price during our stay (even accepting a coupon after we had already checked in to give us the best price, and credited us the first night for the coupon price). They jumped to help us when we needed extra supplies (like shampoo/conditioner). They also engaged in friendly conversation and made us feel right at home. The breakfast staff worked diligently to keep everything stocked even up to the 9 am closing. The provided free samples (Balance Bars and Axe cologne/body wash) at the check in desk and free internet in the lobby. More expensive hotels don't even offer these amenities anymore w/o a charge.

The hotel itself was just ok ~ not the most updated or cleanest I have ever stayed at, but I would stay again just b/c of the experience with the staff. The pool wasn't heated and as a result of the cooler weekend weather (the end of May) our kids didn't get to enjoy playing in it as long as they would have liked (it was just too cold in and out of the water). Without a coupon the hotel cost was a little high for the quality of hotel it was. Nicer hotels were charging about the same price in the area and had their been availability at the other hotels I would have made my reservation at one of those instead. As it turned out, the staff took a coupon we came across in our travels (from a hotel coupon book) making the price more along the lines of the value we received. With a coupon I would definitely stay again for the price/value of what you got for that price.

The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. But man, the furniture is seriously dated-think 70s retro. The couch even had a weird smell, like wet dog. They've got new carpet, nice, and the bathroom could've used better upkeep, like a more effective fan. I wasn't impressed with the water pressure either. More came out of the spout than the shower head. Definitely not ideal for a longer stay, but it worked for a night. That smoke alarm going off randomly at 4 AM wasn't cool either!

The clean and spacious lobby was so inviting, just like a cute hug from a good friend. I adored the tall ceilings.

More accessible bathroom features would be appreciated.

A Spacious Haven for a Comfortable Stay

I appreciated the well-maintained, quiet room with a microwave and refrigerator-perfect for a late-night snack. The hot breakfast was superb, especially the variety. I'd suggest getting there early for the best selection and to enjoy a leisurely start to your day.

The amenities were spot-on. We loved the variety of TV channels to unwind after our adventures exploring local parks and attractions. Breakfast was solid, giving us a good start to our days.

One downside was that the shower pressure was inconsistent, made for a bit of a hassle .
